Things I really should do to this blog, but am procrastinating on

Fix the bug where if my “now playing” script is down, Internet Explorer barfs on the Javascript.
Upgrade to a less ancient version of MT
Make the templates validate as HTML4 strict
Give the templates proper semantic markup
Put in a search form
Style the comments popups so they have the same colour scheme as the main site
Make all the old posts validate as HTML4 strict too. (Yeah sure, when I have a week free)
Include the sidebar on sub-pages. (This leads to the problem of what happens when the side-bar is longer than the main content of the page. With the current stylesheet, I believe it wraps round underneath the main content and ends up looking entirely fugly)
Make my name more prominent so people stop complaining that it's not there when it is.
Go through the old imported entries, and add proper titles and excerpts where needed.
Go through the old imported entries, and delete the duplicates where I imported the same entry from both my radio blog and my livejournal.
Make a longer page explaining the site's copyright.
Update the about me page, perhaps
Put a small version of the Sydney Harbour Cam in the sidebar.
