Do you speak and read Chinese characters or are the other two ghosted out entries also spam? Those are promising to give you $1800 'for free' for English classes or something dubious like that.
I'm rather depressingly mono-lingual. (Well almost: I can understand vague bits and pieces of French. I used to know more, but I made the deliberate decision to forget as much of it as possible in protest against my complete bastard of a high-school French teacher.)
As a general rule, any email with a subject-line I don't understand gets flagged as spam.
Unilingual is probably a better word than monolingual. And neither should be hyphenated. Oh well.
